Kayla Copeland, APCC, M.A.
Holistic Psychotherapist | Gestalt, IFS, & Somatic Therapy
I believe healing begins in presence. My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in seeing you in your wholeness—beyond symptoms or struggles—to the deeper patterns shaping your experience. I have witnessed immeasurable growth and transformation within myself through deep personal work and in my clients and wholeheartedly believe it is possible.
Through our work together, I invite you into the here and now, where awareness becomes a catalyst for transformation. Together, we explore the layers of your story, untangling developmental wounds, unconscious beliefs, and relational patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I provide a safe environment for your process to unfold. I specialize in healing from trauma, anxiety and depression, and codependency. My approach is grounded in Buddhist psychology, mindfulness-based practices, transpersonal psychology, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gestalt Therapy.

I believe therapy is not about fixing but about rediscovering the wisdom already within you. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you polish the mirror of self-awareness so that you can see yourself with greater clarity, compassion, and agency.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, relational challenges, trauma, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I offer a warm, engaged, and attuned space where your unfolding process is met with curiosity and care.
invest in yourself
