Navaratri ayurvedic cleanse

Nine days of goddes energy
March 30 - April 7, 2025

what is navaratri?

Navaratri, the sacred nine nights of the Divine Feminine, is a powerful time in the Vedic calendar for inner transformation and the purification of body, mind, and spirit. Traditionally observed during the change of seasons, this period holds immense significance as nature transitions, inviting us to align with its rhythms. Navaratri begins on March 30 and concludes on April 7 , woven around the astrological events of the total lunar eclipse on March 13–14. and a partial solar eclipse on the 29th. Lunar eclipses tend to impact emotions, relationships, and inner transformation. They encourage introspection and often bring about changes in personal relationships or self-awareness. This solar eclipse marks a time for bold new beginnings, aligned with authenticity and courage.
